Reports
You have the ability to add, run, edit, manage, and export reports in the LearnCenter. LearnCenter currently has two reporting systems:
- BI Reporting leverages the technology of Oracle BI Publisher to generate “pixel perfect reports." BI Reporting includes the following:
- Ability to build, run, and schedule standard reports
- Ability to build, run, schedule, edit and delete custom reports
- Ability to customize and save standard reports (Add, remove, or change the order of columns in reports. Add custom fields to reports.)
- Ability to output reports to different formats, such as:
- PDF
- RTF
- XLS
- HTML
- Interactive HTML (You can manipulate this report output in much the same way as you would a spreadsheet. More information below.)
- User Permissions
- History of the last 90 days of report output for the logged-in User. You can save reports to your own hard drive if you need to save them longer than 90 days.
- Communication Messages
- Ability to give Supervisors access to BI Reporting via My Team
- BI Publisher Desktop Add-In (Optional download)
- Thirteen standard reports
- Classic Reporting System - includes Report Builder, Report Manager, Advanced Report Manager, and Advanced Report Schedule Manager. You can use it to:
- Generate standard and custom reports
- Print reports
- Export reports to other formats
