How to Locate Information in Online Help

The Taleo Learn Online Help has been designed to enable you to search for topics in multiple ways, and you can use the method that works best for you.

Table of Contents - Use the table of contents to search for LearnCenter features alphabetically by name.

Index - Click Index in the Left Nav bar to search through a list of alphabetized keywords and locate their associated topics.

Searching the Entire Online Help for a Term - Click Search in the Left Nav bar, type a keyword in the Search box, and then press enter or click Search.

Searching a Single Topic for a Term - You can search any topic for a specific keyword by using the Search field at the top of online help. Note that this only searches the open topic, not all topics.

Using Boolean Search Operators - You can use some Boolean operators to refine your searches.

Description	Variable	Example
Search for one or more words. When a group of words are entered into the search field, "or" is inferred.		LearnCenter ILT Enrollment Results should produce topics that contain any of the words above.
Search for a phrase. Note: The search engine ignores certain commonly used words. For example, a, an, the, of, to, be, you, your, when, however, for, that, can (and more). If your search results are not successful, trim out some of the less important words.
