Deleting a Job Profile

You can remove a Job Profile if it is no longer needed. On the ControlPanel:

1. Click on the Advanced Learning menu to expand it.
2. Click Job Profiles.
3. Use the Filters section if necessary to locate the Job Profiles you want.
4. Click the check boxes next to the Job Profiles you want.
5. Click Change Status. A message box will open asking “You are about to remove the selected Job Profiles. This action cannot be undone. You will be prompted with a message asking “Do you want to continue?”

Unlike other areas of LearnCenter where clicking Change Status moves the item to an Inactive list, in this instance, clicking Change Status and then OK deletes the Job Profile from LearnCenter. It cannot be retrieved. This inconsistency is being evaluated for correction in a future LearnCenter release.

6. Click OK to remove the Job Profile.
   or
   Click Cancel if you do not want to remove the Job Profile.
