You can change Users' Course Completion Status. You can change this status one at a time for individual Users, or you can change the status for a group of Users using a batch process. If a User’s status is Complete, you cannot change it to another status, but you can change other completion-related fields such as date completed, date started, etc.
Manually setting the SCORM Course SCOs in a SCORM Class to Complete will not result in the SCORM Class status also going to Complete. A User must access and successfully complete all of the SCOs in the SCORM Class in order for the Class to have a Complete status."

Taleo Learn recommends that you require Administrators to log in using their own unique Username before changing a status so you can track who made the changes. |

The Completion Status option is only available if the administrator has the appropriate permissions. See User Permissions for instructions on granting and denying User Permissions. |
On the ControlPanel:
You now have two choices. You can use the batch process to give all displayed Users the same completion information, or you can give each User individual completion information.
If you want to use the batch process, do the following.
The information you selected in the Batch Process area is applied to the Users you selected.
To apply different changes to individual Users, do the following.
For each User listed, follow these steps.
