User Learning Plan Mapping Requirements

Bulk Loader enables Admins to manage Learning Plan completions. This includes the ability to manage completions related to Recurring Learning Plans feature. The Loader expects the following items to be preexisting for the User Learning Plan Mappings.

The Learning Plan

Learning Plan Name

1	A	Yes	Learning Plan Name The name is the used to find existing Learning Plan
Accepted Values	Any Value up to 500 characters in length.

Username

2	B	Yes	V
Accepted Values	Any Value up to 100 characters in length.

Date Assigned

Text Editor	Column	Required	Notes
3	C	No	Set the Users Learning Plan Mapping Date.
Accepted Values	The Date and Time format must be posted in the mm/dd/yyyy format. mm = Two digit month dd = Two digit Day yyyy = Four digit Year The date will appear based on the LearnCenter setting
Example: 01/02/2015 Example: 09/17/2015
	If field is blank the user will be mapped at the current date

	Custom Excel Field Type Format: mm/dd/yyyy

User Time Zone

4	D	Yes	The Users Time Zone for the date assigned and Date Completed.
Accepted Values	A time zone posted in the LearnCenter format. The Time Zone for the User being mapped and completing the Learning Plan. Only needed if the “Use event's time zone settings” is set to No The time zone will appear based on the system setting
Example: Eastern Standard Time Example: Samoa Standard Time

Date Completed

5	E	No	Set the Users Learning Plan Completion Date

Messages

6	F	No	Sets to send or not send Learning Plan messages to the User.
Accepted Values	Yes = The system will send Learning Plan message to the User. No = The system will NOT send Learning Plan message to the User. Blank Column = The system will NOT send Learning Plan message to the User.
