The information presented in this topic refers to the self service Learn Single Sign-On (SSO) feature. If you have a custom SSO built by the Oracle Taleo Learn Cloud Services team, and you are looking for assistance, please refer to any documentation they have provided. |
Once Single Sign-On (SSO) is activated for a LearnCenter, "alternative access" becomes available automatically.

SSO Alternative Access should only be used in situations where the SSO is not functional and the LearnCenter Control Panel must be accessed for configuration changes to resolve the problem. Examples include reconfiguring the SSO settings after a staging zone refresh, or renewing an expired SSO certificate. |
To access your LearnCenter outside of the SSO, simply type "&nosso-=true" at the end of the URL in your browser address field. Example URL:
