eCommerce User Permissions

You must grant the appropriate eCommerce User Permissions to the Administrators who are responsible for managing eCommerce. You can grant or deny specific eCommerce-related sub permissions as needed. On the ControlPanel:

  1. Click on the Users menu to expand it.
  2. Click Users.
  1. Click next to an Admin.
  2. Click next to Manage eCommerce to expand the list of permissions.
  3. Click the check box next to a permission to grant it to the Admin.
    or
    Clear the check box to deny the permission to the Admin.
  4. Click Save.

Each permission is described below.

Permission

Description

Manage eCommerce

Grant this permission to any Admins responsible for managing eCommerce activities in the LearnCenter.

Add Coupon/Discount Codes

Enables Admins to add Coupon/Discount Codes. If you deny this permission, Admins will not be able to add Coupon/Discount Codes.

Add eCommerce Licenses

Enables Admins to add eCommerce Licenses. If you deny this permission, Admins will not be able to add eCommerce Licenses.

Add Purchase Orders

Enables Admins to add Purchase Orders. If you deny this permission, Admins will not be able to add Purchase Orders.

Add Products

Enables Admins to add products for eCommerce. If you deny this permission, Admins will not be able to add products.

Edit Coupon/Discount Codes

Enables Admins to edit Coupon/Discount Codes. If you deny this permission, Admins will not be able to edit Coupon/Discount Codes.

Edit Purchase Orders

Enables Admins to edit purchase orders. If you deny this permission, Admins will not be able to edit Purchase Orders.

Edit Products

Enables Admins to edit products for eCommerce. If you deny this permission, Admins will not be able to edit products.

Manage Purchases for PO

Enables Admins to manage purchases for Purchase Orders. If you deny this permission, Admins will not be able to manage purchases for Purchase Orders.

Edit eCommerce Settings

Enables Admins to edit eCommerce Settings. If you deny this permission, Admins will not be able to edit eCommerce Settings.

Process Refunds

Enables Admins to process Refunds. If you deny this permission, Admins will not be able to process Refunds.

Delete Products

Enables Admins to delete products for eCommerce. If you deny this permission, Admins will not be able to delete products.

View eCommerce Licenses

Enables Admins to view eCommerce Licenses. If you deny this permission, Admins will not be able to view eCommerce Licenses.
