User Notes Report

This report lists notes for the selected Users.

Access to this option is only available if you have been granted the following sub User Permission of the Manage Reports User Permission: Execute User Notes. See Report Builder User Permissions for instructions on granting or denying this permission.

On the ControlPanel:

  1. Click   on the Reports menu to expand it.
  2. Click Report Builder.
  3. Click next to Users to expand the list.
  4. Click User Info.
  5. Select any of the following fields you want to report on, and then click to move them to the right-hand box.
  • Username
  • Fax
  • Note
  • E-mail
  • First Name
  • E-mail 2
  • Last Name
  • SSN
  • Street 1
  1. Gender
  • Street 2
  • Nickname
  • City
  • Spouse Name
  • State/Province
  • Company
  • Postal Code
  • Job Title
  • Country
  • Department
  • Day Phone
  • Manager Name
  • Evening Phone
  • Office
  1. Pager
  • Profession
  • Interactive Pager
  • Any custom User fields created in this LearnCenter
  1. Mobile Phone
  • Any custom fields
  1. Click the LearnCenters you want to include in the report, and then click to move them to the right-hand box. To move all LearnCenters in the list, click .
  2. Click the Groups you want to include in the report, and then click to move them to the right-hand box. To move all Groups in the list, click .
  3. Click Add Users.
  4. Click Filter and select the filters you want to use. See Using Filters with Report Builder Reports for instructions.
  5. Determine the order in which you want the fields to display on the report by selecting a field in the right-hand box and clicking or to move them to the appropriate order.
  6. Click Build Report.. The Report Manager page opens.
  7. Click Refresh until your report has been generated and displays in the Actions column.
  8. Click to display your report.

    User Info Report Descriptions

    This list includes all possible fields. What fields are available for display to you in your LearnCenter is determined by your LearnCenter Administrator on the User Field Settings page. Remember that the fields that display in your report and the order in which they display are selected by you when you build the report.

    Day PhoneThe User’s daytime telephone number.
    Evening PhoneThe User’s evening telephone number.
    PagerThe User’s pager number.
    Interactive PagerThe User's interactive pager number.
    Mobile PhoneThe User’s cellular number
    FaxThe User's fax number.
    EmailThe User’s email address.
    Email 2A secondary email address for the User.
    SSNThe User’s social security number.
    GenderThe User’s gender.
    NicknameThe User’s nick name.
    Spouse NameThe User’s nick name.
    CompanyThe User’s place of work.
    Job TitleThe User’s job title.
    DepartmentThe User’s department.
    Manager NameThe User’s manager’s name.
    OfficeThe User's office.
    ProfessionThe User's profession.
    Any custom User fieldsAny custom User fields you or other administrators added to the LearnCenter.
